Abstract
I will overview the problem of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe and the theoretical framework within which the baryogenesis, i.e. the dynamical generation of a matter–antimatter asymmetry, can occur. I will discuss different mechanisms for baryogenesis with special emphasis on
